OpusCapita cash management solution receives certification

OpusCapita, a provider of cash management solutions, has received ISAE 3402 type 2 certification from independent auditor KPMG, for the OpusCapita Cash Management SaaS Solution.

The ISAE 3402 standard is an international recognised auditing standard issued by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB). A service organisation’s auditor’s examination performed in accordance with ISAE No. 3402 (‘ISAE 3402 Audit’) is widely accepted, because it represents an in-depth audit of a service organisation’s control objectives and activities. These activities often include controls over information technology and related processes.

The technology provider says that the ISAE 3402 type 2 certification in this case is a recognition of the consistent design processes and controls that directly benefit its customers around the world. OpusCapita Cash Management solutions provide in-house banking, bank connectivity, payments, liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and accounts receivable matching (payment to invoice reconciliation).

“The true benefit of auditing is not the report,” said Jukka Sallinen, head of Cash Management Solutions at OpusCapita. “During the process, we have truly changed the ways we manage our security, access controls and documentation regarding audited processes, and I can honestly say that our customers’ cash flows have never been this safe.”

Over 3000 customers in more than 100 countries use OpusCapita’s source-to-pay and cash management solutions to connect, transact and grow. OpusCapita processes over 220 million electronic transactions annually on its Business Network, which includes almost 1 million organisations and over 11,000 financial institutions worldwide.
