A guide to listing on the LSE Order book for Retail Bonds

The London Stock Exchange has published a new ORB Listing Guide for companies that are interested in raising capital through retail eligible bonds listed on the Order book for Retail Bonds (ORB).

London Stock Exchange launched ORB in February 2010 in response to demand from the retail investor community for greater access to fixed income products and alternative asset classes. The market has proven popular with businesses of varying sizes and across sectors, helping them diversify their source of funding and tap into a new pool of capital outside of traditional wholesale markets.

Xavier Rolet, Chief Executive Officer at London Stock Exchange Group, said: "This guide brings together in-depth knowledge and insight from some of the key advisors and stakeholders who help bring retail bonds to market. Their perspectives will inform readers about the principal issues that arise during the issuing process, including the legal considerations, what investors are looking for and, perhaps most importantly, the potential benefits for issuers"

Electronic Version

An electronic version of the ORB Listing Guide can be found here  and is also available on London Stock Exchange's website at londonstockexchange.com/orbguide.
