There is an SDD bounce follow up service to support billers who generate direct debits from their ERP system. AcceptEmail process the bounced direct debits and follow up with e-mail reminders which offer the customer the option of paying from their e-mail inbox.

The AcceptEmail Mandate Service is based on and complies with the SEPA Rulebook. The mandate management service is available via the customer’s e-mail inbox and/or on the biller’s portal. The process for a new mandate is as follows:

Mandates can be cancelled using the same process and are confirmed by e-mail.

As part of their direct debit support service, AcceptEmail also offer a pre-notification service.

Charges are based on a subscription model starting at about € 100 per month and a per-mandate fee including 13-month storage. Fees depend on volumes of mandates but range from 20 eurocent to 1 euro for small volumes.
