Manex Treasury Systems Ltd under new ownership

From 17th July 2013 Manex Treasury Systems Limited has been under new ownership.

Alan Holliday and Alan Francis, the directors of Manex Treasury Systems, who have developed the Parity Treasury Management System over the course of the last twenty years, have decided to retire and have sold the company to a new team.

The new team is Nick Eaton and Simon Edmunds, both of whom have been involved in programming and supporting Parity at various times over the past fifteen years and have been working with Manex for several months to ensure a smooth changeover. Both Nick and Simon have considerable experience in developing and supporting financial software systems. They have ambitious future plans for the Parity Treasury Management System. Over the next 12 months, Nick and Simon will be re-writing Parity, which currently has 25-30 users, to give it a new look and feel, and to enhance key features.

Messrs Holliday and Francis will continue to provide their expertise as needed from a consultancy perspective.
