An initial draft of guidance on compliance with existing transfer pricing documentation rules was issued by OECD country-by-country reporting on January 30. The OECD calls for input from corporates on the development of a template for country-by-country reporting of income, taxes and economics activity for tax administration. 

In the document OECD are asking for comments on some of the key issues. Now is the chance to influence the development of transfer pricing rules and regulations.
