‘Treasury Managers’ Handbook for The Middle East’

The latest edition of The Handbook for the Middle East is now called ‘Treasury Managers’ Handbook for The Middle East’ and has a new sponsor: Barclays Bank. The WWCP handbook, as Rezwan Mirza - MD and Head of Corporate Banking in Middle East at Barclays explains in the foreward, “Will help you to understand how businesses, regulatory and financial systems, and economies operate across the region.”

The country profiles by WWCP for Bahrain, Eqypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Yemen have all been updated(since the last edition in 2013). The chapter on ‘The evolution of working capital management in the Middle East’ by Barclays, is useful. There are also new contributions from Accuity, BCL, COPPCLARK, Deloitte and globalcustody.net.

As always, the WWCP Country profiles are an essential starting point for tackling cash management in each of the countries.

The ‘Treasury Managers’ Handbook for The Middle East’  It is available from your Barclays relationship manager (if you’re important enough) and/or from WWCP Ltd at orders@WWCP.net for a cost of £55.
